Position: Central - Digital Project Coordinator
Reports to: Central - Digital Director
Location: LCBC Central Office, Manheim PA
Hours Commitment: 40 hours per week


Statement of Purpose:
This position is responsible for helping manage the relationship between the Digital Team and Ministry Partners by facilitating project conversations and accomplishing project objectives through planning, executing, managing, and evaluating project activities.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Special Skills:

  • Previous Project Management experience.
  • Experience with communication and project management tools (i.e. Slack, Asana, Redbooth, Zendesk).
  • Experience using a sprint or agile approach to managing projects.
  • Experience using Google G Suite collaboration and productivity applications.
 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Digital Team members by assigning, scheduling, and managing projects and tasks.
  • Keep all projects on track and possess the ability to see the entire project as a whole at all times.
  • Work positively and effectively with various ministries to produce an effective end result.
  • Organize projects into multiple steps to help move projects from beginning to completion.
  • Serve as primary contact for all projects and effectively facilitate communication between the Digital Team and Ministry Partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Technology and Communication teams.
  • Schedule and lead project update meetings with ministry partners as needed.
  • Ability to capture ideas and conversations by translating and assigning them into future follow up items, adjacent projects, or new projects.
  • Manage relationships and projects with external vendors and partners to ensure objectives and deadlines are successfully achieved.
  • Execute various administrative tasks including: scheduling meetings, completing expense reports, and processing invoices.
 
Evaluation:
  • The Central Digital Project Coordinator will meet regularly with the Central Digital Director for planning, goal setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
