Role: Hanover Campus Administrative Coordinator PT
Reports to: Hanover Campus Pastor
Location: Hanover LCBC, Hanover PA
Hours Commitment: 20 hours per week 


Objective: To provide administrative support and assistance to the Campus Pastor and facilitate volunteer teams.

Preferred Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience facilitating volunteer teams
  • Experience as an administrative assistant

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer and Windows based software skills.
  • High level of professional approach to administrative details.
  • The ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in handling office matters of a sensitive nature.
  • The ability to recruit, establish trust with, and lead volunteer teams.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Campus Pastor in their administrative responsibilities including completing expense accounts, writing and/or mailing letters, ordering office supplies, and providing general clerical assistance.
    • Assist the Campus Pastor in facilitating various volunteer teams as directed.
    • Maintain a close working relationship with LCBC Office Manager at the Central Office.
    • Review reports generated by Central Office and complete follow-up tasks that include cookie drops, prayer cards, etc.
    • Schedule appointments and monitor calendars as appropriate.
    • Be the point person for Fellowship One database at the campus level.
    • Coordinate website changes involving the ministry needs, information, and announcements.
    • Prepare and oversee completion of weekly program.
    • Answer questions for or provide basic assistance to members of the ministry team or church family.
    • Organize and maintain filing systems.
    • Assist with other various projects as needed.
    • Communicate with key people at the Central Office for ordering, stocking, etc. of various ministry materials.
    • Participate in LCBC administrative support team.

 

Evaluation:

The Campus Administrative Coordinator will meet regularly with the Hanover Campus Pastor for planning, goal-setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
